Can I change or cancel my order?

We would certainly allow you to change or cancel your order, even after it is placed. However, we can only do this before it is shipped and we try to ship out orders as soon as we can, so please try to contact us immediately (support@pifito.com). If the item has already shipped then please see our return policy.

Are your products in stock ready to ship?

Yes. All our products are stocked and ready to ship to your final residential or business address. They are stored throughout our multiple warehouses located across the US, that way they're in close proximity to our customers and ready to deliver in minimal time. In the rare event, we run out of stock of a particular item, we will contact you right away to work on finding an alternative or fully refund you.

Shipping Policy

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. We offer FREE standard shipping to all orders of any amount, that ship to the 48 contiguous United States. There is no minimum. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, usually incurs a small shipping fee.

When will my order ship out?

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of it being placed, though we usually try shipping all orders the same day we receive them. We will send you an email notification as soon as your order ships with the tracking details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If your order shipped with FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY or FREE 2-DAY DELIVERY, then your order is guaranteed to be delivered at that time. If your order shipped with FREE STANDARD SHIPPING, then your order should arrive within 2-6 business days.

Do you offer FREE expedited DELIVERY?

If a particular product is located in a warehouse location that is in close proximity to your address, we will offer you FREE EXPEDITED shipping on those products. Depending on the destination, it can range from Free Next Day, Free 2-Day or Free 3-Day delivery. Free Expedited Shipping will ship the same day for orders placed before 2 PM EST.
To check if an item will ship with Free Expedited Delivery to your destination. Either enter your zip code on the product page or add the item to cart and begin the check out process. You will see a message on the product page or at checkout, if there is eligibility for Free Expedited Shipping.

Do You Ship to International Locations?

Yes. Please reach out to us at support@pifito.com with your international address, so we can provide you with an international shipping quote.

Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

We strive to create an easy and most comfortable purchase experience. Part of that commitment is our return policy. If an item you received is defective or the order was not properly filled out on our part, please email support@pifito.com within 30 days of receiving the items, we will replace it at no cost to you. Should you not be satisfied with the product or just have a change of heart, we will gladly accept the return of any unused items and refund your money, minus the return shipping costs, provided that it is within 30 days of your having received the item. For all returns, please email us at support@pifito.com and we will be glad to process your return.

Do you offer discounts on wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! We offer a Wholesale Bulk Quantity Discount Program, where the more you buy the more you SAVE! Buy ANY 3 Melt and Pour Soap Base items and receive a 5% discount off each product. Buy ANY 5 Melt and Pour Soap Base items and receive a 10% discount off each product.

Can I buy different soap bases to receive a discount?

Absolutely! You can mix and match from any of our Melt and Pour Soap Bases to reach any tier discount.

Do I need to add any promotional codes?

There is no need to enter any coupon codes. The discount will be automatically applied to your cart. Simply add all your items to cart and the discount will be reflected.
