For some items being delivered to many locations in the US, we offer FREE 2-DAY DELIVERY or FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY.
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of it being placed, though we usually try shipping all orders the same day we receive them.
If your order shipped with FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY or FREE 2-DAY DELIVERY, then your order is guaranteed to be delivered at that time.
If your order shipped with FREE STANDARD SHIPPING, then your order should arrive within 3-6 business days.
Returns Policy

If an item you received is defective or the order was not properly filled out on our part, please email support@pifito.com within 30 days of receiving the items, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Should you not be satisfied with the product or just have a change of heart, we will gladly accept the return of any unused items and refund your money, minus the return shipping costs, provided that it is within 30 days of your having received the item.
