We offer FREE 2-DAY DELIVERY on most items in our catalog that ship to most locations within the United States. Order before 2 PM EST to receive your order with FREE 2-DAY DELIVERY.
To check if an item ships with FREE 2-DAY DELIVERY to your address, either put in your zip code on the product page or add the item to cart and begin check out. We will let you know during checkout if your order will ship with FREE 2-DAY DELIVERY.
Do you offer FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY?
If you are located near any of our multiple warehouses across the United States, FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY will appear next to those products that’s in stock in that warehouse. Order before 2 PM EST to receive your order with FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY.
When will my order ship out?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days of it being placed, though we usually try shipping all orders the same day we receive them. We will send you an email notification as soon as your order ships with the tracking.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If your order shipped with FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY or FREE 2-DAY DELIVERY, then your order is guaranteed to be delivered at that time.
If your order shipped with FREE STANDARD SHIPPING, then your order should arrive within 2-6 business days.
What is your return policy?
We strive to create an easy and most comfortable buying experience. Part of that commitment is our return policy.
If an item you received is defective or the order was not properly filled out on our part, please email support@pifito.com within 30 days of receiving the items, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Should you not be satisfied with the product or just have a change of heart, we will gladly accept the return of any unused items and refund your money, minus the return shipping costs, provided that it is within 30 days of your having received the item.
