Fast & Free 2-3 Day Shipping Nationwide
We offer free 2-3 day delivery on most products, and in some cases, you may even receive your order the next day. With multiple warehouses strategically located across the United States, our products are always nearby, ensuring fast and reliable shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may still ship the same day but could be processed the next business day. If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you right away, giving you the option to choose an alternative product if needed.

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location, inventory availability, and the warehouse fulfilling your order. If your product is marked with free 2-3 day shipping, it should reach you within that time frame.

Easy Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order. Please contact our customer service team at support@pifito.com to initiate the return process. For your convenience, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please note, return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost. All returned items must be in their original packaging when they arrive at our warehouse.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will process a credit to your account in the original method of payment, minus the return shipping costs. For items that were shipped damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund and cover the return shipping costs. If the returned item is found not to be defective upon receipt, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
