At Pifito, we offer free shipping on all orders across the contiguous U.S. with no minimum purchase required. For in-stock items, orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ship the same day. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days. Simply reach out to us for a prepaid return label. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
